CSE offers retrofit support to homeowners through a team of trained retrofit advisors.
In particular we provide a valuable service for people at the start of their retrofit journey and who are seeking initial advice.
A good first step is a straightforward phone consulation. This enables householders to understand and explore their options for retrofitting their homes without the need for an in-person visit. We currently offer this service within a number of local authorities in the South West.
Going forward, if you live in an area where we’re active, we can undertake a site survey of your home and, depending on your location and personal circumstances, refer you into a government funded schemes such as the Energy Company Obligation (ECO).
What happens during a retrofit phone consultation?
During a phone consultation, we offer insights into energy efficiency measures, renewable energy systems, insulation, heating systems, and other retrofit interventions. We explain the benefits and costs associated with different options, helping you make informed decisions.
Through this one-to-one approach we can provide personalised recommendations and solutions based on your specific needs and circumstances.
