We have a special referral form for health sector, social care and local authority officers and other third-party organisations in Bristol, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and Berkshire to refer clients and service users to us at CSE.
We can also take referrals in the wider area covered by Scottish & Southern Energy’s southern region, as shown on this map.
The information we receive is processed securely, according to our GDPR-compliant data handling policies. One of our energy advisors will contact your client or patient directly. During busy periods this can take up to two weeks.

CSE supports thousands of people a year to reduce their bills and make their homes more energy efficient.
We often partner with other organisations like local councils, energy companies, welfare and dept advice agencies, GP surgeries and others. This helps us reach more people to help them stay safe and warm at home. If you want to talk to us about partnership working or referral options, please get in touch at home.energy@cse.org.uk.
Our advice line is partly funded by some of our local councils, and also – because of the link between fuel poverty and health problems – by some local Primary Care Trusts.
