WHAM (Warmer Homes, Advice, Money) provides a comprehensive service to people living in fuel poverty and financial hardship. The project is an almost unprecedented example of multi-agency working.

This impact report is a short overview of WHAM which supports Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, and North Somerset’s most vulnerable residents.
