Contact us for energy advice
You can get in touch with our energy advisors using the contact form or by calling our advice line. Our advice is free and impartial.
Professionals working in the health or social care sectors, for local authorities or similar organisations can refer clients and service users to us for energy advice. Click here for more details.
We can help you:
- Access funding and grants to make your home warmer.
- Save money on your gas, electricity or water bills, or if you owe money to your supplier.
- Make your cold, damp or draughty home warmer and healthier.
- Fix or upgrade your heating system.
Our service covers Berkshire, Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES), Bristol, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, North Somerset, Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon and Wiltshire, as well as in parts of Oxfordshire, West Sussex and Surrey.
(If you live outside these areas, please contact your local council.)

Working in partnership
CSE supports thousands of people a year to reduce their bills and make their homes more energy efficient.
We often partner with other organisations like local councils, energy companies, welfare and debt advice agencies, GP surgeries and others. This helps us reach more people to help them stay safe and warm at home. If you want to talk to us about partnership working or referral options, please get in touch at home.energy@cse.org.uk.
Our advice line is partly funded by some of our local councils, and also – because of the link between fuel poverty and health problems – by some local Primary Care Trusts.
