British Sign Language
We are delighted that British Sign Language users can now contact our advice services using a British Sign Language video interpreter. This service is delivered by InterpretersLive!, provided by Sign Solutions.
A video call will connect you with an interpreter, who will then speak to one of our energy advisors.
You can contact our service in two ways:
Arrange a call
You can arrange a call for a time that suits you. To do this, please email home.energy@cse.org.uk and we’ll fix a time for your call. You will be sent an invite to a Microsoft Teams meeting, which an interpreter will attend. Please let us know if you need support using Teams.
Call our advice line now
Simply click on the icon below to start your video call, and when prompted allow access to your microphone and camera. Our current opening times are 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Sometimes there is high demand on the advice line and an advisor is not available. If this happens, then the interpreter will leave an answer phone message and we will contact you to arrange a call with a BSL interpreter.
