This assessment matrix – or scorecard – is designed to help a local authority or other local energy actors measure the current extent and quality of local energy activity in their area.

This will help them to (a) assess their area’s current performance in relation to delivering on various aspects of sustainable energy and (b) identify opportunities for improvement.
