This internally generated and self-funded report looks at the lived experiences of clients who had received emergency financial support during the energy crisis winter of 2023. This support included fuel vouchers and Surviving Winter Grants.

In particular, we wanted to explore the situation affecting prepayment meter and Economy 7 customers and if they were struggling more than last year.
