This form will help identify whether you are eligible for a grant towards energy saving improvements. Complete and submit this form with the contractor. The Home Energy Team at CSE will check your eligibility for funding.

The amount of grant available is worked out on a case-by-case basis. All grants available are subject to:

• A survey of your home to assess the costs of a measure.
• The suitability of your home to have the required measures installed.
• Your eligibility for certain grants (if relevant).
• The availability of grant funding, which can be subject to deadlines or spent earlier than expected.

A grant is not secured until any relevant paperwork is complete and final approval has been given by the grant-making body.

The information you provide on this form will be used to assess your eligibility for the ECO Flexible Grant. It will be shared with the Centre for Sustainable Energy for this purpose and they may contact you to confirm your eligibility. Find out about how they will store your information.
