The Energy Company Obligation (or ECO for short) is a UK government scheme that helps low-income households and properties improve their energy efficiency.

The scheme aims to reduce fuel poverty and carbon emissions.

The Centre for Sustainable Energy is a charity committed to supporting vulnerable households and works with Bristol, Swindon and Wiltshire councils on these schemes.
