Our awards

We're always proud when a project, person or initiative that we're involved with wins an award. Here are a few that CSE has picked up in recent years:

2021 | A silver award in the Best Combined Programme category of the Corporate Engagement Awards for our Energy in Schools project. The project was also highly commended in the Best Educational Programme award.

2018 | Energy at Home is the Winner in the South West region of the Association of Local Energy Officers (ALEO) awards

2014 | Winner of the Ashden Award for Reducing Fuel Poverty - an award for outstanding achievement in the field | Ashden Awards

2013 | Winner of the Sustainability Communicator category for PlanLoCaL: energy efficiency and the Green Deal | ENDS Green Economy Awards

2013 | Winner of the Best Private Sector Housing Partner award | Mendip District Council’s Building Excellence Awards

2013 | Our Bristol Home Energy Upgrade was shortlisted | BusinessGreen Leaders Awards

2013 | Runner-up in the Learning category for PlanLoCaL: community renewables| Sustainable Energy Europe & ManagEnergy Awards (presented by the European Commission)

2011 | Winner of the Sustainable Communities award for Low Carbon Bath | RTPI National Planning Awards

2011 | Commended in the 'Other Planning Work' category for Low Carbon Bath | RTPI South West Awards for Planning Achievement

2009 | Winner of Best Marketing for Sustainable Energy for the 100 Ideas House | World Sustainable Energy Award

2009 | Long-term contribution award winner | The South West C+ Carbon Positive Awards
