Understanding Disabled Consumers Needs in Relation to Smart Energy Options

Understanding Disabled Consumers Needs in Relation to Smart Energy Options
By Research institute for Disabled Consumers (RiDC)
December 2023

CSE worked with the Research institute for Disabled Consumers (RiDC) to learn about the needs of disabled consumers around smart energy options. Smart energy options are products, services or tariffs that help consumers to reduce energy use or shift electricity consumption out of peak time, when electricity generation normally has the highest carbon emissions.

From this research CSE is developing an Energy Choices Tool to provide advice on smart energy options.
