British Sign Language
British Sign Language users can contact our advice services using a British Sign Language video interpreting service. This service is delivered by InterpretersLive!, provided by Sign Solutions.
A video call will connect you with an interpreter, who will then speak to one of our energy advisors.
You can contact our service though our landing page on InterpretersLive! :
Simply click on the icon below to start your video call, and when prompted allow access to your microphone and camera. Our current opening times are 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Sometimes there is high demand on the advice line, and an advisor is not available. If this happens, then the interpreter will leave an answer phone message, and we will contact you via InterpretersLive! to arrange a call with a BSL interpreter.
