Home Energy Services survey: prize draw terms and conditions
Date: July 2026
Please read these prize draw terms and conditions (the “Terms”) carefully. By entering the Home Energy Services survey customer feedback prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
The promoter of the Prize Draw is the Centre for Sustainable Energy (“CSE”, “We”), which has its registered offices at St James Court, St James Parade, Bristol BS1 3LH. CSE is a registered charity (no. 298740) and registered company (no. 02219673).
“You” or “the participant” is the person who is entering into the Prize Draw.
About the prize draw
The Prize Draw is free to enter for anyone who has provided a complete and valid response to the Home Energy Services survey customer feedback.
The Prize Draw will close at midnight on 31 January 2027 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
You have the option to opt out of the Prize Draw at the end of the survey.
CSE reserves the right to extend or foreshorten the Prize Draw Period at the sole discretion of CSE and without prior notification.
Only qualifying entries received on or before the close of the Prize Draw Period will be accepted, without exception.
Entry requirements
To participate in this Prize Draw, individuals must satisfy the following conditions:
- Have received Home Energy Services energy advice from CSE – by phone or a home visit – between 1 April 2026 and 31 January 2027.
- Submit a complete and valid entry to the Home Energy Services survey customer feedback.
A ‘complete and valid entry’ means you have completed the survey using the link sent to you by CSE, answered all mandatory questions, and submitted your response. Responses submitted other than through the link sent to you by CSE will not be valid and will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.
This Prize Draw is not open to:
- Anyone professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
- Anyone who has not received Home Energy Services energy advice from CSE within the time period named above.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
The survey requires a participant to answer a series of questions by expressing their own opinions in response to each question.
Each participant may complete the survey once and enter the Prize Draw once. Where a participant has received support on more than one occasion, only one entry per participant will be accepted.
The participant’s entry must not violate any law or the copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right or any other right of any third party.
CSE accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, or that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
The prize
The prize will be a digital shopping voucher.
There will be one prize available, as follows: £300
The prize will be distributed within 30 days of the Prize Draw Period ending.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
The winner
The winner will be chosen from a random draw of eligible entries in accordance with these Terms.
The draw will be performed by CSE using a random computer process based on the unique ID assigned to your survey response.
The winner will be notified by CSE via email, telephone or post, using the contact details you provide on completing the survey. It is your responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate.
The winner decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
