We are seeking to appoint a Retrofit Assessor to join our growing domestic retrofit team and provide RdSAP data and administrative support to Retrofit Coordinators, and help householders who are interested in identifying the right measures to reduce their energy use. The successful candidate will already hold a Domestic Energy Assessor accreditation but training on PAS 2035: Retrofit Assessor will be provided on appointment.
Salary: £24,623 to £27,669, full-time permanent post (37.5 hours per week)

Human Resources Manager

Salary: £35,941-£41,865 depending on experience

Senior Research Project Worker (Qualitative Analysis)
We have an opening for a capable Senior Research Project Worker with a background in qualitative analysis who will support our Research & Analysis team and help deliver evidenced-based and impactful work in areas such as the energy justice, fuel poverty and the climate emergency.
Salary: £23,167-£25,385, full-time permanent post (37.5 hours per week)

Senior Development Manager
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Development Manager to join our growing team and focus on developing new projects and securing funding to deliver our charitable objectives of tackling cold homes and addressing climate change.
Salary: £35,941 to £40,681

Retrofit Partnerships Manager
The main focus of this role is on developing and supporting the delivery of domestic retrofit projects – particularly through the development of partnerships with high quality contractors to install measures – that secure external funding from a range of sources.
