CSE broadens reach of services for housing providers
We’re appointed to national framework with top marks
20 November 2012
CSE has been appointed to Procurement for Housing (PfH)’s Energy Procurement and Consultancy Framework to deliver a range of energy services to social housing providers.
Being part of a national procurement framework makes it easier for social housing providers to work with us without the time and expense of running a full contract tender.
The framework covers many of CSE’s activities which can help social housing providers tackle their energy use, including housing assessment modelling, technical audits, renewable energy assessment, training, strategy development, behaviour change support and Green Deal/ECO advice.
PfH is the leading procurement provider for social housing and is supported by the National Housing Federation, Chartered Institute of Housing and Housemark. It has over 800 members nationally – including many housing associations and local authorities.
CSE's Senior Development Manager Ruth Cole said "We’re really pleased to have been appointed to PfH’s framework – particularly as number one ranked supplier on Lot 3 of the framework, Energy Consultancy. This means that CSE is also the only supplier on the Energy Consultancy Lot of the framework who can be directly contracted without further tendering – which is great news for both CSE and the social housing providers we work with".
