Help us tackle the climate emergency and end the suffering caused by cold homes.

This winter, we’re raising money for our advice service through our Share the Warmth campaign. Rising energy prices and the cost-of-living crisis will push 400,000 more families into fuel poverty as temperatures fall. It means 1 in 5 families in the UK will be facing the cold at home this winter, with many fearing to turn their heating on at all.

At a time when Winter Fuel Payments are being taken away from millions of older people with disabilities and health conditions, our work is more vital than ever to ensure people are warm and comfortable at home. Your contribution will mean our advice line is here for those who need it.

Your donation will help us provide hope and relief

Emergency support

We distribute prepayment meter vouchers and other emergency payments to help people in crisis keep the heating on. We also provide winter warmth packs containing a thermos flask, thick socks, a warm hat, a wind-up torch and fleece gloves.

Energy saving advice

We talk to people to help them understand how to use their heating systems properly and how they can use less electricity and gas to save money.

Skilled support

Our trained team provide highly skilled, in-depth, tailored advice to people in crisis. This covers managing debt, energy saving and accessing benefits.
