How we can help

We give free, impartial, energy saving advice to people in Bristol, Dorset, Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, so they can stay warm and reduce their energy bills.

Our energy advisors have helped 10,000's of people over the years. Most of the time we deliver our advice by phone, but we also visit people in their homes and go out and talk to people face-to-face at community centres, workplaces, doctors surgeries etc. To find out more about this, click here.

If we give you energy advice, we may well collect some personal data. Find out why we do this, what data we might ask for and what we do with it on our 'How we use your data' page.
