Senior Project Worker
Salary: £22,427 to £25,385 depending on experience

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Senior Project Worker to assist community groups, young people and local authorities develop initiatives that respond to the climate emergency and take advantage of key shifts in the energy system.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding - perhaps from recent study - of the UK energy system, renewable technologies and the societal and financial business cases behind them, and key transformations underway - digitalisation, decentralisation and decarbonisation.
They’ll have great interpersonal skills and be enthusiastic about interacting with all sections of society with widely varying levels of understanding of the energy system. We're looking for someone particularly adept at assimilating and communicating sometimes complex information succinctly and in plain English.
