We're looking for a person who has commitment and enthusiasm for helping others achieve positive outcomes in their lives.
The principle focus of the job is providing accurate and appropriate advice to householders and administrative support with their applications for prepayment meter vouchers, hardship grants and energy efficiency measures.
Many of our clients are on low incomes or have health issues that make them more vulnerable to the cold, so an empathetic nature and the ability to maintain professional boundaries is critical.
CSE has an excellent reputation for looking after interns and finding permanent work for many who join the organisation in this way.
We particularly welcome applications from the BAME, LGBT and disabled communities, as they are under-represented at CSE. Appointment will always, however, be made on merit and judged against the job description and person specification.
