Training for the workplace

We can help employers with initiatives to cut energy use in the workplace

Training for the workplace

Our training for the workplace has enabled a wide range of clients to involve their employees in saving energy at work, including in offices, hospitals, universities and colleges, hotels and farms.

CSE’s approach ranges from simple presentations to long-term behaviour change programmes to training and technical support for estates and facilities staff.

Our most popular workplace training is for Energy Champions – equipping staff volunteers with the knowledge and confidence to influence the culture of energy use in their workplace by helping their colleagues to adopt good energy habits.

Course content for our workplace training includes: an introduction to energy at work; environmental and financial reasons to save energy; conducting energy audits in the workplace; motivating others; running an energy awareness campaign; energy and carbon management; transport and smarter driving; and taking practical action to reduce energy use.

Clients for our training for the workplace include:
Bath & North East Somerset Council  |  University of Bath  |  Bath Spa University  |  Bath & North East Somerset PCT  |  Wates Construction  |  Cleveland Fire Brigade  |  Chardon Hospitality Management  |  ITS Ltd  |  Avon and Somerset Constabulary  |  Somer Housing Trust  |  Royal United Hospital Trust
