Sarah Frankish
Head of Finance & Human Resources

Sarah has many years' experience of office and financial management, initially employed by Bristol Energy Centre, the trading company of the Centre for Sustainable Energy in 1993.

Together with the Chief Executive, she has responsibility for the financial management of the organisation. She is ultimately responsible to the trustee body, reporting to them at quarterly finance meetings. As one of the senior management team, she is involved with the strategic development of the charity.

Sarah has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England.

Simone Farquharson
Office Administrator

Having recently joined the team in the capacity of Office Administrator, Simone brings with her many years of experience of working in a supportive role from her background as an administrator and PA. Simone’s role at CSE is to provide administrative support to the project delivery teams at CSE, and support the efficient operation of the Finance & HR team on a day-to-day basis.

Previous to joining CSE, Simone was employed as an School Administrator & PA to the Senior Leadership Team at a large primary school in East Bristol where her main responsibilities included providing support in order to facilitate the smooth running of the school and assisting with financial management.

Julia Stephens-Parr
Financial Administrator

Julia joined CSE in the role of Financial Administrator, after working for many years in the banking industry. Working for the Head of Finance, she has responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of CSE.

Julia has over 20 years' experience of financial and office management and has carried out numerous roles during her banking career ranging from Operations Manager, Training Manager and Human Resources management.
