Poverty, Energy and Social justice

21 June 2013 (Fri) | With increased demand for energy and pressure to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions, energy prices will continue to rise. Although this may help to curb consumption and reduce the severity of climate change, poorer people across the world may suffer the consequences. This early evening event will explore local, national and international perspectives on how to balance the need to 'go green' with just solutions and engage in conversations with the speakers to discuss and contribute your ideas.
